Sure the move from 2D to 3D didn't look excelent (it was the early days of 3D ) but it had tonnes of cool asthetic and gameplay touches.

Juicing up your agents so they become super twitchy and blow away everything in sight is always fun.
The cool desktop UI between mission blew the teenage me away at the time, it's peak cyberpunk.
It runs on DOS so i'f you accidentally biffed you windows 95 install and don't know how to fix it you can still load Synd.exe (This ones highly personal).
The main draw back is there a dramatically reduced number of NPC you can control with the Persuadatron.
I would still rather play this that Satellite Reign
