Don't know much about PS3 development teams, does anyone know if this title is exclusive, or if I could look out for it on PC / XBLA?

The game was released via the 'Pub Fund' Initiative held by SCEA. 
Basically what that is, is an financial agreement with rules that state that the game must be completed and must exist as an exclusive on the Playstation platform. In return SCEA will provide the development team will any necessary funding towards the games completion. Another example of a game using this Pub Fund Initiative is Joe Danger.
 
So...yeah, its exclusive.

Just hit that phat overview button and you will see that this is the first game developed by Drinkbox Studios, and thus an unknown quantity.
 
Basically, who knows. But seeing as how the dev is not owned by Sony it's probably a timed contract.
