    The game will freeze on the Joel & Ellie splash screen and the ONLY way out is a hard reset (button or cord) and the following reconstruction of the database. I was lucky both times and my PS4 appeared to be fine but according to other threads this can brick your system!

    Thanks for letting us know. Which splash screen? Do you mean the one right after you load the game up? Is I impossible to load into a chapter?
