It was most definitely not Klingon (well certain words may have been...I don't actually know Klingon.) Klingon is a fairly guttural language. Think ancient Hebrew. With more phlegm. This is most definitely in simlish, though I have to say...Simlish at some point came to really resemble English. Though my mind may jsut be be playing tricks on me.
