Trackless is an atmospheric first-person exploration and puzzle game set in the distant future. Inspired by classic games like Zork, Shadowgate, and King’s Quest, Trackless uses text input that allows you to interact with characters and objects.

The art style and gameplay of this game looks right up his alley, I think it'd be a great playdate game, but not sure best way to point him towards it. In the live chat of another stream? E-mail to the beastcast? Twitter?

vinny checks his tumblr about once a decade, so that's not the best option. but yeah the other stuff might work.

I just realized I'm a moron and picked the literal worst week to bring this up because Vinny's out on vacation. I'm not gonna bug him on any platform until he's back at work. Also I considered the postcard thing but I'd hate to turn the kiss-on-the-cheek thing into a request platform or, even worse, make it seem like an advert for the game. I'll wait until he's back at work and then maybe shoot him a tweet or email

Can't you put it on his wall, or do a PM? Some of the guys I think don't accept PM"s though, maybe too much weirdness.

We deleted the link to the steam page as that's considered advertising here, which is against forum rules.

The staff are pretty good at checking their PM's, so your best bet is probably to send him one here. Alternatively reach out to him on twitter or something.

I noticed this is a Fig funded game; just for clarity's sake, OP, i want to ask you: did you invest in it? (and I ask this honestly, I have zero problems if it's just a genuine suggestion)

@cagliostro88 Ha, I'll never be in a place financially to be able to invest in stuff on Fig. No, I had never heard of this game until Steve Gaynor tweeted about it a while back--patiently waited for it to go on Vinny's radar, but alas. Then I forgot about it until I saw Austin tweet at Vinny about Opus Magnum and I was like "No wait he should play this first." Honestly surprised haven't seen Austin talk about this game either--think it's the same musician that did the Brigador soundtrack.

1. Locate Vinny's house.
2. Travel to San Francisco (or whichever suburb thereof his abode is located in).
3. Stand outside his window with an old boom-box playing a tragic dirge.
4. Hope he doesn't call the cops on you and instead opens his window.
5. Shout the title of the game at him and that it would be really great if he could take a look at it.
6. Run as the sirens in the background get closer.

Or alternatively just send him a message on Twitter or email or something.
