Does it rehash a lot of the bosses or what is going on here? I already didn't like that you fight variations of the same boss quite often in the chalice dungeons in the original.

Anyway I'm okay with more Bloodborne.

I pretty much just got around to starting Bloodborne after finishing MGSV. Really like it so far, and looking forward to there being even more of it!

Bloodborne was a pretty rad birthday present. I burnt out around the forest but I could see this getting me to start back up.

I stopped playing after the last story boss. Do I need to get back to that point in NG+ before this releases to access this content?

@skullpanda1: For reference, the Dark Souls 1 DLC made you visit an area that you would have visited numerous times by the endgame. So From has a history of odd DLC setup.

Calling it now, the person calmly waiting for us in that chair is Ludwig. Expecting an Artorias tier boss fight from him.

I'm excited for this, but it might have to wait for a bit. I'm only a few hours into Mad Max and I have MGS V sitting atop my PS4. Not to mention Fallout 4 in a few weeks as well, plus I'd quite like to give Super Mario Maker a shot. Just don't see me having time for this until the New Year.

What the game was seriously lacking in was weapon choices so if this includes a lot of new weapons which it looks like it does that's pretty rad.

Good question, I'm curious myself how this will work. If the DLC scales up with whatever level NG you are on I could be in trouble. I got the platinum trophy for Bloodborne and stopped playing after finishing the game for the third time. On the other hand if the DLC has a set difficulty like the chalice dungeons then that might be ideal. I'm sure it will be difficult enough. ;)

I really wish NoA were doing a physical release of it, Europe gets a cool looking Special Edition.

Judging from the background of the promotional material, it appears to be inside one of the Yharnam's large clock towers. More weapons will hopefully add greater diversity.

I platinum'd this game a fair while ago now (maybe 3-4 months?) and for someone who played every other game/DLC in this series pretty obsessively I'm surprised at how not interested I am in this expansion.

The other games/DLC weren't much closer together than this one were they? Maybe I've just reached Peak Souls.

@ohnooh: I'm in a similar situation, instead I'm ready for this but not really eager for Dark Souls 3. Still haven't touched Scholar of the First Sin.

I finished Bloodborne just the once, and having been waiting for its DLC to jump back in. I'm not entirely sure this is pulling me back though.
