Better that they spend their budget on the GAME rather than blow it all on expensive CG trailers for each class, no?

does anyone remember the trailer for warcraft adventures? blizzard canceled the game after realizing it wasn't up to par. they regrouped and released warcraft 3 which had great cinematics to go with the game. i'm sure d3 will be a success despite a poor trailer. then again, they might just cancel it all together.

Blizzard is known for some of the best looking trailers in gaming but goddamn this looks like total ass.

Graphics were pretty in line with Diablo 2's cinematic so its definitely typical Diablo, but it definitely is not impressive graphically. Don't care. I just wish there were some gp footage like they have done for the other classes. It really seems like they are dragging this one slowly in front of us.
 
EDIT: Ah I see the footage now. Imagine that... going to GB before the mouth of Blizzard. Looks pretty much like a martial arts assassin. Weapons too.

Using ingame graphics for their trailers isn't doing them any favours tbh. They should stick to CG like they usally do. Also if this is the melee dps class of the whole game i'm disapointed i want a assassin/rogue/thief bad ass looking dude not some holy monk pansy!!

Not bad, too bad that they didnt show real ingame footage instead of using the ingame graphics and showing it at upclose. It was a bit off but they should stick with CG if they are gonna show characters upclose.

That trailer is actually disrespectful to the entire franchise. So awful in fact, that it almost seems like it was put out by someone trying to sabotage Blizzard. 
 
If Blizzard put this out knowingly, they should be very ashamed. They just lost a lot of buzz for this game. 
 
Disappointing. This doesn't look attractive or appealing and does not inspire any positive emotion in me. I am a Blizzard and specifically a Diablo fan, and have been looking forward to this for quite some time. Less now after seeing this. The PS2 comparisons are spot on, in fact PS2 cinemas were usually a lot more refined.

Why should a game have to be impressive graphically? I mean it is a new  Diablo  and that is what I want. The game will be fun without a doubt.
