I'll probably get the PS4 version, just because it's the kind of game I want to play on my TV. Then wait for it to go on sale on PC. There should be plenty of cool mods by then.

Hopefully it runs better on PC than GTA4 did when it was new. As far as I can tell, they never bothered to optimize that version, hardware just got good enough to power through the shitty port.
