The game is complete and is set to release early next year.

It's been playable for a while as I understand it. I remember seeing demos for Fez 3-4 years ago.

This has to win an award for longest developed indie game ever. God damn, this had an '09 release date at one point.

Holy shit, really? I've only seen promo material for it since around August-ish of 2011. Granted, I don't view much videogame content outside of GB anymore.

The lack of a vanishing point on the perspective does crazy things to the shapes! It actually turns out to be a cool effect - but it is very strange!

Looks good as always.

These screenshot video things are cool, but the music is what's really making me want to play this game.

Cave Story was the same way - 5 year development time. It was a huge success, at first critically, and now possibly commercially, given that it's on remake #2 now.
