I agree with this. If the new characters were the only difference, I would totally drop the money for it. Street Fighter IV might still be my pick for Game of the Generation, if I was forced to choose one. I didn't understand SF for a long time, but when a friend and I decided to learn SF it had more of an impact than pretty much any other game. I adore it.

Red focus costs meter.

The double ultra option means each ultra does less damage. If you are really only going to use one, you should still just pick one.

Ultra Combo Double scales the Ultras by 60% or something like that. Also it's character dependent. Mainly grapplers will benefit from the Double Ultra.
