Yeah, I thought some of the complaints about the Wii U interface were exaggerated, but apparently not. And it's so laggy and unresponsive here! Man.

But thanks for showing us the TVii stuff, Patrick! (Even though you should be on holiday, not posting content! :P) "Seems interesting, but has a ways to go" describes this pretty well. Kind of Nintendo's credo at this point, I suppose.

Growing up with shitty All4One remotes, the fact that you can just control cable boxes and tvs like that is awesome.

The Mii TV stuff is pretty cool. Good job, Nintendo. If your gaming console fails against the competition next year, the Wii U will still have a reason to stay relevant.

It's a great extra feature, that's for sure. Though since I don't watch TV, it's not something I'll personally get any use out of.

I don't remember if it was Ryan or Dave that said this, but the reason Giantbomb is so strong is because, "We give a shit". It definitely shows, especially with Jeff's frequent live-streams from home.

Some interesting stuff here. While the WiiU falters in many ways, a lot of this stuff looks to be possibly trend-setting in the way the Wii was. I would guarantee that Sony and Microsoft are scrambling to keep up with some of these features. Lets hope they can fix it up well enough over the coming months.

Patrick sounds like Garris in the beginning.

I like the idea of seeing other people's drawings and comments durring a live broadcast. It would be aweseome to watch a football game like that. DA BEARS!
