@Nemesis     I think the Gold Version isn't coming out in the US (if that's where you live).  It's only going to be available as DLC.  And if you've got a friend...you should at least rent the game.  Not as bad as the demo made it out to be.  I got the game much later when I was able to pick it up with a buy 2 get 1 free deal, and was kinda sorry I didn't get it sooner.

no i think they showed the perspective of chris and him locking on to Jill to show where your partner is. Of course they took off all the hud and everything.

I see abit of Episodes from Liberty City influence in here, if they do it right they should be rather lengthy aswell. I'm also digging the interweaving plots

In spite of my issues with RE5's control mechanics, that is one gorgeous looking game.  Really, Capcom's Framework engine can produce some beautiful visuals.

I've played through re5 on both my console and PC, and enjoyed the PC one a lot more and still boot it up occasionally for a round of coop mercs. I just hope the DLC eventually makes it for the PC since I have more people to play with there.

I want this more now than I ever wanted RE:5.... Looks like they've recaptured some of the classic RE feel...
I'll have to wait a while to play it but should be cool.

@AgileNate: I think we all agree!.. I'm still playing Resident Evil 2 on my PS3 rather than RE5... they are games, world's apart.  
 
Capcom really missed a great opportunity with their current offering. Stick with your old canvas... and improve upon it, don't just start from scratch everytime!..

Looks pretty sweet. Glad I didn't grab the 29.99 copy on boxing day(canada shenanigans) In any case I think I will really enjoy this when it comes out. Seems like Capcom's in a little bit of a trend on rereleasing big games with new content. RE, SSFIV. Still if the new stuff and price is right I am fine with it. I hope that they include the pay option for online competitive free.
