Introducing Dragon Age's Leliana

After wrestling with this in my head for a few minutes I think I have to realize this just was not a good trailer. No exciting use of music or particularly impacting voice acting, just a few bland cutscenes chopped together with some combat shots and soft music. I think the most disappointing thing about this is that I was ready to have a really gritty and interesting character introduced to me here and Leliana comes across as a very simple, very plain character. Bioware do some good work but they've really missed the mark with this one.

Holy crap that was horrible.  EA/Bioware needs a new marketing team ASAP.

Finished paying off my pre-order yesterday. Spiritual successor to Baldurs Gate? Bioware? I'm in. I think the game looks great. Can't wait!

I don't know why whoever makes these videos is trying to make it look like some kind of gore covered action game but that's not what this is. Even the description of the game underneath the video calls it an action RPG! Dragon Age is a fantasy RPG and if it's good, hopefully it will sell. Why do they feel the need to dump all this "M-Rated" crap on it?  Also, I know BioWare has never been good with animation (EVER) but Jesus, this game is a step back from Mass Effect, and that's saying something. "

all the trailers so far have been pretty bad, but for some reason ( me thinks boobies and gore) i want to play it.

Game looks good. The trailer however? Not so much. 
 
I want to like Dragon Age. But side by side with Bioware's SW: TOR and Mass Effect 2, it just seems so underwhelming. 
 
Still, getting the LE for this. Already Pre-ordered.

Dragon age and what engine it would be running on was started before Mass Effect was conceived. Yep, it's a step down from Unreal Engine, yes these trailers are crap (EA thinks that we need to be a HXC to play this for some reason...), but the game itself looks very very promising. "

maybe i would buy this game if it wasnt for the terrible combat system, i personaly dont like it.
