If the only games I get for the rest of the year are Mafia II and Red Dead Redemption, I'll probably be more than happy.  There have been so many let-downs in the last couple of years, but these seem to be on course for excellence.

Why is that foreign speaking dude involved at all. Damn Norwegian developers infiltration! Otherwise, looks good; graphics look pretty much half a decade old, but otherwise the game play mechanics have tons of potential.

Good...god I love me some Mafia fiction. All the better when it's of quality like the Mafia franchise at that. 
The lip synching looks a little stalled though. The facial animations in general sorta look a little stiff, but ah well. It'll be...very...easy to look past when everything else is put into account.

Hope this turns out good, i loved the original. it made me like 40's 50's open world games. I picked up the saboteur because of mafia. and will pick up this. I hope rockstar says more about L.A. Noire though.  It seems it will trump them all

@mikeeegeee:  I cant recall details, just that over the last two or three bombcasts Jeff has brought up this game and every time it was just so he could talk about how much he dislikes it. If i recall correctly he just feels like it's a mediocre game and that it doesn't interest him. That's fine by me though. I tend not to agree with most of his opinions on whats a good game and what's not so the fact that he dislikes it so much must mean i will probably enjoy it.

I don't care how much the bomb crew diss on this game I cant wait to play it. It looked amazing when i first saw it months ago and it looks awesome now. I just hope it doesn't suffer from major performance issues like most open world PC games do.

2K Czech? I thought Mafia II was being developed by an English company, but I guess not. Then again, I'm not sure where that came from. Edit: Oh, that's why. The bald guy must have spoken about the game before.
 
But a quick google search tells me that the guys at 2K Czech made Hidden & Dangerous, so they're alright by me.
