No real spoilers for the main quest, so feel free to watch it. Might ruin some of the story in the DLC, but there's not much there begin with.

Played and finished this DLC when it came out, its probably their better DLC in terms of story and the neat look in style near the end.

Vinny ran into the same issue I had with the DLC, the teammates play little to no role in the narrative in the story, no matter who you bring.

I didn't hate the Mako in the first game. The missions were kind of boring but I loved driving around on the planets.

I loved exploring in the Mako. Had they kept the planets, refined the handling, and made more varied acitivities available on said planets -- Mass Effect 2 would've been even better!

I wish they would just do a game of the year edition with everything in it. I hate messing around with all these separate add ons.

Looks interesting, I do think though that with all the add-on stuff from Cerebus that gear didn't get into this so it's sort of a double edge. Get the Cerebus gear in the game without waiting on the DLC like this for the game or wait for the DLC to get some gear/armor that you might not use.

I loved this. Felt like a main game mission. They even made the Hammerhead work! I didn't even notice how short it was.

Though I admit, I'm kind of in the same boat as Vinny. I'll just about buy anything that BioWare puts out for this game.

I really dug this DLC. It has a nice tone to it..more Horror-y than ME usually gets.  I Would love to see full on proper expansion set for Mass Effect 2, though...

The ship section reminded me of the hoverboard sections in the garden/jungle area in Jak 2 and 3.

Watching these Quick Looks does a few things to my thoughts. 
A. I could watch Vinny play ME2 like a pro for hours. 
B. If Bioware finally did what I've been dreaming of for so long and released both Mass Effect games with all the addons on PS3, I would be set for life.

Here's a tip to make this quicklook awesome - download the .flv file and play it at half speed in VLC player. Vinny's intro sounds hilarious.

I enjoyed the Overlord DLC: Certainly worth the money more than Kasumi's Stolen Memory. Could do with a bit more talking, but it was an emotional story nonetheless. Also, I noticed the music a lot more; seemed appropriately tense. Some good action in diverse locations.

I thoroughly enjoyed Overlord. What you have to remember is it is a glorified side mission, but with a bit more story, thicker atmosphere, and some quasi-non-linearity. I am really looking forward to the upcoming prequel-style DLC(s).
 
Side note: This is the first video I've watched of ME2 on the XBOX 360 and it really highlights how much more forgiving it is. That sort of run-and-gun play wouldn't fly on the PC, even on Casual difficulty.

And fillin' mah hard drive buckets.  Using something from each pack at all times, so I can't delete ANYTHING until I finish my Insanity run. O_o  But it's still a good time to be mid-game again with all the extra quests.
 
Has anyone here bought the costume packs?  Are they worth it?  Lady Shepard looks pretty good in that little black dress, so I'm game for more wardrobe changes.

It's a great game if you manage to forget that the first game was an action-RPG and just think of it as a third person shooter.

Agreed: On the PC you've got to stay under cover whenever under fire, else you're dead in seconds. It was of the big changes I noticed from the original, where you never really need to take cover.
