They are two completely different things. This isn't just about a dude getting punched in the junk, its hilarious because they haven't released much info on SR3, so everyone comes to this trailer expecting to see something, they are prompted by a warning message, which gets everyone excited, then they sit through like 30 seconds of really drawn out company nameplates all the while building excitement, and then...
 
1SECONDNUTSHOTBAM! and that's it. That is a classic comedic move. Pretty awesome.
