Every time I see this game now, I wonder what Soda Drinker Pro DX would look like. It bet it would be sweet. Like a soda!

Soda Drinker Pro continues to be funny in its ridiculousness, but it better not ever cost money.

I have to say it, this was a cool lil joke that's gone too far, but if you still enjoy the joke then by all means feel free to rejoice; I just don't find it funny anymore.

There are a countless amount of video game websites that give the latest news on the most popular games. Patrick has broadened my gaming experiences and tastes tremendously over the years by bringing games to attention that normally don't receive it.

I'm not sick of this joke yet. :)

The joke's a bit old at this point, but I'm glad it's still going, at least for the further puzzlement of many people all over the internet. What part of "video game about drinking soda" is so difficult to understand?

The game itself is just kind of a one-trick pony, you walk around drinking soda, and that's it. The joke lies in treating the game as though it were something to be taken seriously.

Soda story is more moving.

Spending all your time searching for bonus sodas is a life worth living.

I had never heard of this series but the serious comments about people's passion towards this game has made me interested! Some people who play games take themselves too seriously. He is not "taking anyone's money." He is simply providing a product that provides people with entertainment.

I think it would actually be kind of funny if it everything was modelled and textured super realistically for the full release... but instead the guy keeps wasting his time on the same joke which wasn't great to begin with.
