I haven't seen a bigger disaster in a city since the Los Angeles premiere screening of Battlefield Earth.

Man, the style in this game is just too awesome. Hoping it pans out into a great game.
 
I also hope "driver 22 is too fast on the drift" is just a way of saying that the car drifted into an exploding column, and not that some sections are going to limit how you drift around corners.

I really like the idea that players can take actions that radically change the race  & and also that people in the lead have to drive more precisely otherwise "the powers that be" will destroy the car like in the case of the drift that going too fast.  It just changes the game in an awesome way that doesn't involve missiles.

Truman Kart looks great....here's to hoping the frame rate doesn't come to it's knees at every disaster sequence

Woah, woah, what!? Did a dude just get penalized for being "too fast on the drift?" That's ridiculous; eveything else looks great, but having a car explode for going too fast is stupid.

I played this at PAX in Seattle.  I was the airport control tower go down and then a plane goes crashing on the road.  I barely made it through by driving through the little place under the wing and next to the cab.  At that point I immediately wanted to buy it.  Sadly the guy working the area told me it wouldn't be out until next spring. But that time is here and soon will be the game.

ok that looks awesome. but please tell me the narration is for the trailer only.

I just hope this game has a lot more variety; cause from what I've seen so far, it looks fun for a period of time, then becomes that game you OCCASIONALLY play when you have nothing to do.

Game kinda speaks for itself, doesnt it. Looks pretty fantastic.
