I'm going to agree with this. The dude sitting down and looking sideways up at you looked ripped from Oblivion, as well as the generally stiff standing-still-while-talking dialogue.

They're not really charging for HD, you knucklehead. They're charging to keep Whiskey Media up and running, which is an extremely good reason to throw down some cash.

You've gone from having it pre-ordered (which usually says you're confident you'll like, knowing full well what it's predecessor and Fallout 3 + New Vegas were like) to canceling it based on ONE SINGLE TRAILER that show's a lot of the same characteristics as Betheda's other games.

Yea, this just gave me "oh it's looks and sounds just like Oblivion" - feeling. I am worried now. The voice work was fairly poor.

Manage your expectations people. These games are known quantities. If you didn't like them the first time you probably won't now. Of course you would expect some improvements, and I do expect that from Skyrim, but it's not going to be completely different to past games.

This game still looks janky as hell. The landscapes are looking better, but I feel like the characters reflect game development of about 2-3 years ago.

I was already at the knife edge between deciding if I was going to cancel or keep it and frankly, to be shallow, the graphics and animations are what put me over the edge. I'll buy it eventually but it's just not a must play for me right now.

This is a pretty cool trailer. The dude sitting on the throne in the beginning is bad ass.

I think this is the first trailer I've seen that showed a decent look at what the non humans look like. For fuck sake I don't think we've even seen elves in other trailers let alone the Argonians and Khajiit. I've said it before no matter how pumped I am for this game the marketing is kinda pissing me off and I feel like they're underselling what they have. Why do they but soo much focus on this default main character who has the same armor all the time? It's like they want me to play a male Nord warrior when I wanna play a fucking female Elf mage which I feel I haven't seen much of unless I go looking at the sites that collect every tiniest detail about the game. I haven't seen anything in the trailers that talks about the guilds and side quests which in my opinion where the best parts to Oblivion. They seem only show the core part of the game when it's the broadness that makes the game great.

Really liking the Khajiit voice. I'm so excited for this game!

Looks like an interesting world, as you might expect from Bethesda.

Hope this is the Xbox 360 version though, graphics aren't everything but parts of Skyrim look pretty awful visually. You can still see the Oblivion backbone there. Still, should be fun.
