@minotaka: Actually It isn't the demo, The demo has Act 1 Scene 3 I believe.

SO excited about this game. IF everything goes as well as the demo, this'll be a front runner for GOTY for me, along with Red Dead, Bayonetta and Mass Effect 2

played the demo yesterday..now can't wait for the whole game..it was just really enjoyable to play for many reasons..

This depresses me so much. This 10 minute Quick Look garnered 300 plus comments, yet the game doesn't seem to be selling well, it came out in a bad time of year, people don't seem to be talking about it... still no Giant Bomb review, no longer Quick Look, and who knows if any of them besides Ryan will even try it. Ahhh... 
 
I know this game isn't for everyone, but it's probably going to be my game of the year. And I have played a lot of games and did not think Vanquish would be my choice going into it. The character animations, the enemy variety, and the general badassery just create an intense experience unlike any other shooter I've ever played.  My face literally hurt when I was done playing it from smiling so damn much.
 
For people who like a challenge this game is truly something special. On of my favorite games this generation. Hell, of the last decade. Incredible. I only hope that those of us who have tried it and love it can help spread the word to give it the sales-legs it deserves.

@Duffyside:  So true.  I really hope this game sells more, it's absolutely great, not to mention jaw-droppingly gorgeous.  Yeah, it's got way too much of that anime feel going for it, but at the same time, it's just too perfect to pass up, and proves once again that a game doesn't need multiplayer to be fun.

as far as third person shooters go, this looks way better then gears of war.  gears of war is generally just moving from cover to cover (at least in the campaign) and there are only a few sequences in that series that seem anywhere close to as intense as this.  hope the price on this game drops soon!
