"Revolution" is a huge overstatement for this game.

Korean MMO.  Expect massive grinds and rampant microtransactions.  All the gameplay in the world won't make up for this.

I'm confused.

If this was not Korean I'd be interested.  But every MMO I've seen from there is horribly tedious, even if the combat is crazy awsome cool, doing it 5000 times is a real drag.

So many questions. 
 
What do they mean by "True Action" and what does this mean for "Fake Action" MMO's?

 Sprinkle in a couple of red boxes a la PSO here and there and I'll definitely consider this.

Seems the developers have forgotten that Phantasy Star Online was the first action MMO. =p (Or well, at least first online action RPG)

I've never even heard of Blue Hole, but this looked pretty rad. If you think about it, an action MMO makes perfect sense. The main feature that's lacking in WoW, for a lot of players, is responsive, entertaining combat. I know I got tired of just endlessly clicking monsters and eventually just put it down never to return.

Mm, if any MMO is going to get me excited, it's still "The Secret World." Or "Guild Wars 2."

I may be crazy but I could have sworn the character at :23 in the video looked a lot like Ron Pearlman.

So wait... when they say Action MMO do they mean that it's truly twitched based, or is it hot keys and dice rolls like all other MMOs?

I'm still most focused on FFXIV for my MMOness, but I'm always interested in seeing some other solid fantasy MMOs, so I've been following Tera to some degree, looks very pretty if nothing else.

Huh. Looks like Guild Wars and Aion had a baby.

Given that you can play a lot of action games online with others now at a decent clip, I'd think something like this was theoretically possible, but when you put massively on the front of it, which means any number of people could be wandering around, it always makes me suspicious that there's either a ton of instanced areas, or that it's doing the hotkey thing.
 
I mean, Conan tried to mix things up by having more active combat than just sitting there with a few button presses, but people still don't call it an action game.  
 
I guess I'm a bit out of touch with the state of online multiplayer gaming, so I don't know if it's possible to do this sort of thing yet without really bad performance levels.

Looks interesting... sometimes that is good or bad.

Remember seeing a video of this a while back. The combat system seems really nice. No more of that Select Target, Autoattack while you consume candy bullcrap combat that's been in mmo's since the dawn of time. 
Target and autoattack made sense when mmo's started out cause everyone had a 28.8 modem and a latency of about 800ms ++. This type of combat would be nigh impossible at that time. But connection to mmo servers has improved quite a lot, and there's really no excuse for that silly ass game mechanic in mmo's anymore. Especially considering mmo's have non targeting AOE spells that work very effectively these days.
