I'm confused as to what this is supposed to be. Is it like a map pack for COD or what? OR WHAT!?

It's basically just a bundle package.  You buy it before June 14, and you get all of the LA Noire DLC for 50% off - 4 cases, 2 suits, and the badge challenge.  

Before June 14, this is a cheaper price than buying just the 4 cases individually ($10 for the Pass versus $12 for buying all 4 cases individually)

So will they allow for the PSN store being down with this June 14th  special offer?
I'm gonna be extremely pissed if I miss this because of no allowances and the store being down. E3 is going to be an unhappy time for Sony.

Still haven't  gotten my fill of L.A. Noire yet.

@DeF & Zimbo: It's a pass, not a 'subscription' or anything alike, that grants one access to stuff that was cut from the main game and/or held back  for ransom (kB unock keys for content that is already on the disc). By all means, do as you please; get it or don't. But I won't be, as this signals devs & publishers that such practices are 'ok' with us gamers.

That's exactly right.

After you buy the pass, all of the DLC shows up in the in-game marketplace as "Owned" and it lets you download it for free from there.  The two cases that aren't out show up as "Owned - Coming Soon"

This is pretty cool. Can't wait to download this when PS3 comes up. 

people should read before making moronic statements just because the name of this pack. 
 if it was called 'L.A noire dlc bundle pack' no one would be screaming about online multiplayer passes (that suck btw, but have nothing to do with LA noire,)

I totally bought this.  10 bucks for 4 cases and all the other bits and pieces seems like a very fair deal.  Now i can start any gunfight by going to my trunk and pulling out a big ol' Tommy gun.  Sweet.

This is the only DLC that is coming out for LA Noire. Rockstar has confirmed there is no more DLC planned besides what is in the pack.

I got Naked City and Badge Challenge with my pre-order. But to my surprise Naked City already fits into the story in the main game. That's so cool. I don't mind the discount pass, but I do mind that I've already finished the game by the time the new DLC arrives and I have to do them individually through the Cases option or start up a new main game.

I foolishly bough the "Slip of the Tongue" case separately, because I had already gotten the "Naked City" case and the Badge Pursuit challenge when I pre-ordered and I figured I might as well just buy this and the other two cases when they come out separately. I didn't take into account that I would be saving money had I just bought the pass, so stupid.

I don't care about the suits, and already have The Naked City and the Badge Pursuit Challenge, so that only leaves two cases. I'm not sure it's worth it to me, but for those without any DLC, it's definitely a good deal.

Already got this seems like a good deal to me.

As I'm coming close to beating the game I have no clue how these random cases will fit in once you have finished the main story. Seems fairly arbitrary and removes you from the world. 
 
I hope they intend on releasing a true expansion pack with new cases and characters like they did with other Rockstar franchises built around the GTA engine. 

Anybody else reminded of season 6 of 24 with that Arson Case?
