I guess? She's supposedly a male cross-dressing. I wouldn't mind a tranny in this game if they didn't very obviously make her a female and just call her a male. I'm pretty sure Poison is officially a girl now. I realize that back in the Final Fight days, that character was an effeminate dude (to say the least). But since then, Poison's officially just been made a girl because the world doesn't want no tranny game characters:) And Capcom didn't want to bother with any controversy.
 
Although it doesn't help that, apparently (judging by the english comic-con trailer), they got  Mona Marshall to do the voice. A voice actress who's done both female (Ryoko from Tenchi Muyo ) and male (Beat from Eternal Sonata) characters in tons of video games, cartoons and anime. 
 
Still, I'll say it. That model's hot:) Capcom's got some damn talented 3D artists on their Street Fighter team. WISH THEY'D MAKE SOME MEGA MAN STUFF!!!
