I was sat trying to think what Nintendo might call a new revamped network service, mind you this was just before the Wii U announce so fat chance eh?

Still the question remains. Then the after event chats started with Reggie doing the rounds. It sounds like maybe it's going to be a bit more ad-hoc than MS and Sony are doing, more like the tragic PS2 effort maybe?

But what do they call it? Then Reggie casually dropped in a line about the Nintendo Network, not talking about on-line functionality at all, but it did make me wonder. It would be very simple branding, very understandable for non-tech people. Also, it would be very easy to sell the concept of 3rd parties being affiliated.

I think I'll stick with that being my best guess.

NN.  You know, Nintendo Network actually doesn't sound too bad.  Better than WUN, Wii U Network.  That doesn't roll off the tongue.  NN however is not too bad.

Those guys cost a bundle, but it might be doable. The real question is, where do I get a Vaudeville performer costume at this hour?

In the Gametrailers interview Reggie said the "Online box" would be checked by the end of the week. The question wasn't answered at the round table tonight right?

I feel Nintendo's venture to online is going to be poor, not complete, and not on par with current systems such as Live, and PSN
