GTA 4 PC is getting stuck on mission's "loading" screen, help?

Hi my GTA4 pc is getting stuck on the mission Russian Revolution right after the cutscene where I meet little Jacob it goes to a black screen with "Loading..." down the bottom right corner like it dose for some missions exept it stays like that and dosnt go back into the game, it's not frozen because I can still bring up the windows live dashboard but it stays loading and dosnt take me anywhere, can anyone help with this?
