Whose idea was it to make all the fighter ships look like beat up old WW2 planes? I never understood that when I first saw it in the theaters.

Biggest letdown of a movie ever.  God awful casting.  Why the hell wouldnt you use the actors from the games (that had done a fantastic job)?

O man I saw this in theatres, andI don't remember ANY of this movie.  NONE if the footage from TANG rang any bells in the slightest.  I think I'm gonna see a doctor...

Love the giantbomb cameo in this one as always, this clearly proves that the only thing Matthew Lillard is good for is being Shaggy in the Scooby Doo films/games.

That's a small scene from the video game Wing Commander 3, in which the Kilrathi look much better than they do in the Hollywood movie.  They look a bit worse in WC4, but it's hard to find video of them, since they aren't the villains in that one.

speaking of watching someone play wing commander. That would be a nice endurence run perhaps? I bet you can play through all of them in half the time it takes to play through Persona 4. Or maybe you can play the original Tie Fighter, that has full motion cutscenes as well right?
