Space Crusade is a sci-fi top-down/isometric turn-based strategy game developed and published by Gremlin for the MS-DOS PC, Amiga, Atari ST, Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64, and ZX Spectrum, all exclusively in Europe in 1992.

Based on the 1990 Milton Bradley and Games Workshop board game of the same name, Space Crusade has players controlling five-man squads of Space Marines (the red-clad "Blood Angels", the yellow-clad "Imperial Fists", and the blue-clad "Ultra Marines") as they partake in close-quarters missions against chaotic alien forces (including Orks, Androids, Genestealers, and antagonistic Space Marine squads).

Similar to the computerized adaptation of the game's "sister game" HeroQuest, this adaptation is mostly faithful to the original board game (with the antagonistic alien player being computerized). Unlike HeroQuest, the game can be played in either isometric or top-down viewpoints. The game includes 14 missions to choose from, each with different objectives and enemies.

As the concept shares many similarities with Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 series, with the board game itself based on the 1989 board game Space Hulk, this game is widely believed to be the first video game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

The Amiga and Atari ST versions of the game later received an expansion pack, titled Space Crusade: The Voyage Beyond, that adds 10 new missions.
