Strong is a Super Mutant and potential companion in Fallout 4 once he is rescued from Trinity Tower.

Tabitha is the insane, Super Mutant tyrant of the State of Utolbitha. It is responsible for capturing and holding Raul the Ghoul hostage.

Uncle Leo is one of two friendly Super Mutants in Fallout 3. His appearance is a random event.
