Marvel vs. Capcom 2 Heading to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network

OK, it's finally official. Feel free to exhale.

The teaser site that Capcom has been running won't expire until the top of the hour, but Marvel has posted an update to its official blog confirming that Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, is heading to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network this Summer.

Surprise!!!! Yeah, this has got to be one of the worst-kept secrets of 2009 so far.

I loved playing the XMen vs Street Fighter and the Marvel Vs Capcom games when I would go to the arcade, but I couldn't find a console version where I was unless I was willing to pay ungodly amounts for it (dunno why). But now I can make up for lost time.

does it bother anybody else that thsi isnt a full hd remix game? did they do taht on purpose or was this a quick money thing?. i have hte original copy so i would love to see a full blown hd remix.
