Capcom flies home, sobers up, starts posting new stuff about games.
Capcom held an event in Monte Carlo last week to showcase some of its new games, and now that the company has returned to the States, it's time for that stuff to start getting revealed. Here's some new stuff for Airtight's upcoming jetpack action shooter thing, Dark Void:

Looking forward to this one. I was going to say the camera looks very zoomed in in those videos but I think its just the video editing after seeing cut off hud element in sequence 3? The UFO battling looks like it will be a lot of fun.
I definitely don't like the voiceover in the trailer, but the game looks great in both cinematics and gameplay. It's gonna be interesting, and most likely a lot of fun.
is it just me or does the camera seem really tight? especially during the flying stuff. I could not tell what was going on... noticed it mostly during the sequence 1 video.
The run and gun stuff most definately has a halo vibe.. not exact, but has some of the same design themes. Flying looks unique and interesting. Quite interested.

Yeah when i was watching the gameplay i kept thinking of Mass Effect. Mostly cause of how the shooting looks and the art style. I liked the shooting in Mass Effect so i'm looking forward to strapping on the jet pack.
Woah woah there, slow down a bit, this is a huge improvment over the last build we saw on the GB Interview, fantastic looking environments and a lot of adjustments on the gameplay, really looking forward for this one.

The whole thing reminds me of Mass Effect. The shield effects, the weapon effects, the clumsy animations, the choppy framerate (this one looks worse than ME in that way...).
still looks bad to me. i will never forget how terrible that demo was.
and reading the comments....uncharted 2 having co-op and multiplayer results in bad comments, but videos of this game looking like a highly generic gears clone get positive comments.
THis doesnt actually look very good... the jetpack feel doesnt even look that great cause of the crappy camera... and worse yet the action looks soooo generic... graphics look good though... but environment not very varied, i get the impression its jus flying from enemy base to enemy base.
