Looks, good, but need to see/hear some more of whats going on with it.  Least is cant suck as bad as the one Sony did.

As with most MMOs, it doesn't look all that great visually... not very crisp or detailed. But this IS a way early build, so hopefully they polish it up. I'll be buying this if it's for a console, but not if it's for the PC (which I'm assuming it is).

They should have ended with a money shot of Revan.  That'd get the fanboys drooling.

it is a shame that the game is an MMO

I guess it all depends for me when this comes out.  Im fairly interested in the game itself and will probably be willing to try an mmo out again by the time its released.  The only problem will be if D3 comes out before or around the same time because my life will be sucked away after bliz finally decides to let D3 go out on store shelves.  I suppose I will just have to be patient.

I hope they will have Diolouge like the KOTOR franchise!
I really want to play this game having choices that make impacts on what quests you get sounds like a good idea.
I just hope that there will be other stuff apart from Combat and Questing.

I believe BioWare can bring some ACTUAL story and gameplay to an MMO.

I have a job but I will still not go for anything that has a monthly subscription.  Make it microtransaction based.

i agree, if its monthly subscription based, count me out.  and that sucks because i really like Star Wars.

I have very high hopes for this, it looks fantastic!  I think they have some good ideas on what to do with this, im sure Bioware can do it if anyone can.

I have never played an MMO before mainly because games like WoW don't appeal to me much, but The Old Republic would definitly be a game I would play

It looks promising, but there wasn't much gameplay shown besides random scenes of lightsaber dueling.

They should have done a KOTOR 3 on the next gen consoles which would have crushed sales etc. Instead they go with an MMO, besides no one having the time to play an MMO (except for the WOW ppl who will resist change), how many people have pricey PCs?!. I happen to have one but I don't see myself replacing gaming on a console for it. Bad call in my humble opinion! Really dissapointed that there's no KOTOR 3, KOTOR was arguably one of the best games ever created but Bioware decided to have a deal with EA... booooooooooooo

This looks really awesome. This might be the MMORPG to take down WoW. I think that if they're able to get you to change your environment and characters, but still interact with others players, then we'll have stumbled upon something special.

After what happened to Star Wars Galaxies i'll stay quietly optimistic  that it dosen't get destroyed and end up being nothing more than Ghost servers.  The art direction is really kewl , i like where they seem to be going with it . 

They are already taking the WoW mainstream route keeping it light on the graphics.  They say its more for art but really it was probably more for $$

Sounds great.. but I think I'm starting to out grow both MMO's and Starwars.

If its free, than I might consider it, otherwise pass

KOTOR 1 = best star wars story since ESB
KOTOR 2 = solid expansion pack that needed another 6 months dev time

KOTOR Online = so far looks like absolute rubbish
