Hello and welcome to the latest edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight. I, @zombiepie, am once again honored to be your host as we look back at the wonderful things the community has been up to the past week.
Holy shit! It is finally starting to hit me that . I don't know about you, but I don't know if I am emotionally or physically ready for it. It's been a long year, and I know everyone is tired of hearing that, but even if E3 2021 will be all digital, I cannot help but think about everything that comes with the "E3 bundle" regardless of which version you are getting. Similar to last week, the staff and site are still shoring up their plans for the event. As you can hopefully tell from the screencap above, it will be an interesting affair for all involved. With that in mind, let's jump into the site-related housekeeping!
- Get your artistic juices flowing! Giant Bomb's annual E3 Banner Contest will start on June 2nd! Use the Tweets and Galleria sections to review some of the previous banner winners!
- Over on Twitter, @TheRyanHan edited together some of their favorite bits from Giant Bomb's Film & 40s commentaries.
- Last week you may recall Tamoor Hussain from Giant Bomb's sister site GameSpot running a series of livestreams with the hope of raising money for charities that work to send medical aid to Palestinians. Thanks to everyone's efforts and donations, they were able to raise over $30,000! If you missed out on their stream, you can still donate to their campaign!
