I just played a game where the opposing force managed to stun me faster than the balance. Of the game allows, ie continually stunning me so I cannot perform any actions. Wtf? Do not want

It's not necessarily an exploit, it's just something you can do if you know how to stand near the person whose been stunned as he's getting up.

Well it was happening to me from a pretty great distance, and they would teleport to me stun and teleport back

Yeah you don't have to be right next to someone to either kill or stun them so it seems this person has figured out what that distance is.
