A friend of mine who works at Gamestop called yesterday and told me that they had the vouchers in for those who pre-ordered Nuts and Bolts to download the XBLA version of BK1 off of XBL. Does this mean that it's up for download for anyone who pre-ordered it? Or will we have to wait until the 14th when it's officially two weeks early....? I hope it isn't the latter, and I'll post back here when I pick up my code to let you guys know if it works or not.

I havent received my code from Amazon yet, so I'm not sure.

No, it comes out November 26th. Which is lucky, because that gives me time to finish Far Cry 2 and that comes out during my Thanksgiving Break! :D :D :D :D :)
