    He rides on his train to ensure the quality of the ride, which is how Professor Layton and Luke meet him in the first place. Beluga is the son of the former Duke of Folsense and the brother Anthony, the current Duke of Folsense. He is after the Elysian Box as well as he considers it his inheritance. When Professor Layton has figured out where the box is it is decided that it does not technically belong to Beluga, it belongs to Anthony who is the elder of the two.
