    Sammy Thunder is the Conductor of the Molentary Express.

    He is the nephew of Mr. Beluga, the owner of the Molentary Express. Sammy ends up breaking his uncle's camera and gives the player the remaining pieces, this starts the camera puzzle. Beluga is constantly ordering him around and degrading him. Sammy does all of the footwork in Beluga's plan to find the Elysian Box. Eventually Sammy can't take it anymore and rebels against Beluga. Beluga then shuns Sammy for the remainder of the game.
