    Story

B.M is the mayor of Armstone city and final boss of Fighting Vipers. When many of the city's teenagers (calling themselves "Vipers") developed an underground fighting scene, he responded by setting up an official tournament called "The Nutcracker". He is surrounded by negative rumours, particularly that he used the construction of the city's tower to make a fortune through illicit means.

In the second game, set 2 years after the first he seems to reverse his position on the Vipers and starts cracking down on them, using the police to hunt them down and have them immured on a prison island.

    Design and characteristics

B.M wears a snake-themed, pro-wrestling style costume. He is somewhat similar to fellow Sega fighting game boss Dural in that many of their moves seem to be culled from other characters in their game. However, B.M can link many of these moves in ways their original users can't, and can perform longer chain-attacks than any other character. True to his design, he also has some wrestling-themed moves like a suplex, air-throw and a choke-slam.

"B.M" apparently stands for "Big Mahler". Mahler is a hidden character in the first Fighting Vipers who looks like a smaller version of B.M and has most of his moves. The differences between them mostly favour B.M however.
