What's weird is that it says 10/21/09. I'm assuming they did that because the game will be more widely available the day after the street/ship date. Here's hoping nothing weird happens and we can still get it on the 20th. Haha.
 
Also, I love the tongue-in-cheek-ness of this commercial, saw it last night.

It's always a good sign, when developers spend tons of money.  To tell us straight up, that their game is good and worth buying.  Posting all those early reviews, really convinced me.  That this game is much better then I could have ever imagined.  
 
I'm so glad, they took the time and money to tell us this game is great.  Since, we are so stupid and never would have made that connection.  Damn, I wish I could think for myself and I'm damn glad they have such high opinions of us!

It's quite long for a TV ad I think. Or maybe it just feels long.

Looks pretty cool, I have mine pre ordered and it says it will arrive sometime around oct 27-nov 3, so the 21st release date doesn't bother me.

I don't like the end with the guy moving like that...he should have blasted his head not just put his finger there...

I wonder if some monsters will be more vulnerable to large shotgun shells while some are weaker to smaller assault rifle bullets. Like how in some RPG's, monsters will take more damage from slash damage than stab damage kind of thing....
 
Also, glad to see bigger creatures, I haven't seen too many Borderlands videos, mostly ones posted on GB, but I haven't seen many non humans before now, glad to see some big monsters.

Awesome commercial indeed...Hopefully this game will receive positive reviews.

That felt long for a commercial but anyway, Claptrap was a nice touch at the end, better then the Brutal legend one.

the song is catchy which goes well with the commercial other then that i cant wait for this game.
