hmm intresting i play a lot of HQ so the hardcore version sounds alright dunno about the rest though hmm ctf would be good but then again i could go play halo if i wanted a ctf game

Sounds really interesting, I should get back into CoD4MW's multiplayer once this comes out, well eventually come out for PC.

Multi-Bomb sounds pretty cool. I might actually try planting the bomb as opposed to hiding and waiting for everyone to die.

Bare-Bones will be great.. I have all those Martyrdom users getting free kills... personally I don't have anything against the Last Stand perk but still this game mode will require the skills each player has ... waiting for it to come eventually to the PC

Bare-bones should be awesome. I've been waiting a long time for them to add something along these lines. Just the idea of playing COD4 w/o MartyDUMB is awesome.

Reading the blog post by Infinity Ward, however, I see no mention of this being added for the PC version of the game. :*( They talk about playlists, and there are no playlists on the PC server browser. I just hope we don't have to wait like 3 months, like us PC COD4 players had to for the new maps to be added.

Im all for perks, but the option to play without them is greatly welcomed in Bare-Bones Team Deathmatch.

multi bomb sounds like it will be imposible for the deffending team lol

Bare Bones Team Deathmatch sounds wonderful. I mainly stick to MTDM & occasionally some Hardcore TDM. Rarely S&D, only with some pals (I get bitched at a lot when I play this, I'm pretty horrible at it). But uh, Bare Bones TDM is the mode that gets me most excited to think about. Haven't touched this game in ages, I miss it a good bit, it was fun shit.

Holy Crap, I would play hardcore free for all all day long.

Anyway, this sounds great. Hope it will come soon.

All of those sound great, especially multi-bomb search and destroy. Only problem is that your going to get kids would plant within 15 seconds. So It might defeat the purpose of everyone having a bomb.

Bare bones Team deathmatch and Hardcore FFA sound great. I like Hardcore team deathmatch but sometimes you just wanna go all out FFA so this is excellent!

I don't know, maybe the libraries are too different than the 360 ones for them to be able to easily translate their existing code. Doing new multiplayer modes is basically just fiddling around with flags (whether perks are turned on, etc.), which I imagine is a lot simpler than going through the game and putting the hooks for rumble and trophies in (presuming they took them out of the PS3 version).

It's a shame, because I spent hours doing Mile High on Veteran. I know it wouldn't have been retro-active anyway, but it's one of my few significant gaming achievements.
