What if it ended up being set in the Wild West?
Do you think it could improve on what Call of Juarez tried to go for or if it would just suck.
Also, what would be guns, perks, and killstreaks?

Wild West is becoming bigger in games these days (Call of Juarez,  Red Dead Redemption, Lead And Gold) why wouldn't Activision cash in on this with a Wild West Call of Duty "

They've already said that Call of Duty 7: Black Ops would be taking place in various time periods between WWII and present day, including missions in the Cold War and Vietnam eras...

Seeing as activision publishes Call of Juarez, I always saw the name as being very deliberately a western COD game, which it kinda is, if you look at the 2nd one... first not so much.

Too many explanations. Short answer - no.

The fact that the COD series is up to its 7th game now is kinda crazy. Maybe IW and Treyarch should make something new now? Doubt they will though after MW2 became such a huge hit.

Anyways I'm actually interested in picking this game up to see what Treyarch can do with MW2. Fingers crossed we get to play as a  younger Cpt Price kicking Ruski ass with Macmillan.

 I guess if 7 was in the West, I'd refuse the call of duty.
