Refusing to go by any name other than her title in student government, Chairperson is a member of Taiyo High in the Rival School Series. She first appears in Hinata's ending in Rival Schools, and made her first playable appearance in Project Justice.

Hyo Imawano

Final boss of the the Rival Schools games. He brainwashed his uncle Raizo and others, but it turned out he was just the puppet for a darker plan.
Kurow Kirishima

The main antagonist of Project Justice, Kurow brainwashes several characters into becoming his lackeys in order to create chaos among the schools. He also disguises himself as a doppelganger of the main character Batsu, calling himself Vatsu.
Momo Karuizawa

Momo is a tennis player and student from Gorin High in Project Justice.
Yurika Kirishima

Student at Seijyun High and the sister of Kurow in Project Justice. She is seen as being high class and fights with her violin.
