I remember the crew liking the game a lot and got the impression they'd do a podcast about it, though i can't find it so maybe i'm mistaken, did they do something like this?
I just finished the game, i would have ignored a spoilercast at the time.

I don't know about a spoilercast but they obviously talked alot about it in the game of the year deliberations, the year of it's release.

I don't think they've done a separate spoilercast. The closest they came was some story discussion during GOTY last year.
