Okay so I realize the Necromany scales but let's say it says "Recovers 4 of HP after an enemy dies". What does this mean? Does it mean four hitpoints, or is it supposed to say 4% of your health bar? Because if it only recovers 4 hitpoints it's essentially useless once you get into the thousands, so I'm assuming it must mean 4% right?

It just recovers 4hp. It's not based on percentage. I was as confused as you were, and it does become significantly less valuable as you level up.

As for why they say "of HP", I have no idea. The developer is French (pretty sure) so it might be a translation thing. Maybe they're trying to say "4 of total hp" or something.

@rejizzle: Thanks! That's good to know. Yeah it would be a lot more useful if it was a small percentage that scaled either with your level or the HP of the monsters you killed. Cheers.

@terminallychill: It definitely would be more useful that way but I am pretty sure it was an intentional design decision to make it more valuable early on and then less so as you progress. Unfortunately once you are good enough at the early levels it pretty much becomes entirely useless.
