I prefer VJ, as I find it to be much funnier. I have a feeling that I'd enjoy BR more if Ryan was playing, though, because he seems to be of a better mindset to play and enjoy this game.

To answer your question, I find VJ much better. They're funnier, seem to understand the game more, and Brad's not playing. I'm really getting to the point where I can't watch Brad play games any more because it's too infuriating for me.

Within the first couple of episodes I decided to stick with VJ, with intent to possibly go back and watch BR when it's over but we will see.
I thought overall VJ had a better attitude about the game, and I like how they are going out of there way to do some stuff.

I like listening to Ryan's commentary. Ryan actually sounds more into the game than the others. VJ seem really tame this ER.

I started watching the BR ER because of my fondness for Ryan QLs, but I've since moved over to the VJ run. Brad's negative attitude toward the game was totally killing the vibe whereas VJ just try to make it fun even when the game is showing its many flaws time and time again. They just take the good with the bad and put a positive spin on the run. Also they now have a fast car and the unlimited ammo SMG which rocks! VJ ftw.

VJ as it's the only one I've watched. :p

VJ is funnier but BR play more and seem to be more into the story (i'm only on ep 15)

I got behind on the ERs after this weekend and have now decided to just continue watching VJ I think.  I find VJ always entertaining with their commentary while with BR I find it interesting to see the different approach and how they're doing at the game but the moments of real hilarity or that are compelling are less frequent.  Also, watching 2 identical episodes back to back wasn't so interesting.  I'll probably go back to BR later and maybe that'll work.

+1 to VJ - for their occasional P4 ER references.
-1 to BR - for Brad's seeming inability to use a game controller.

VJ. As mentioned above their attitude is way better, they're funnier, and they're exploring the nooks and crannies of the game.

VJ are more entertaining. But I do enjoy watching Ryan bitch at Brad over and over again.

I enjoy BR more for some reason. although I did get an awesome movie recommendation from VJ, Cobra. loved the movie.

VJ, the Comedy stylings are more enjoyable.

I went with VJ because they were funnier and were messing around more. As I have vowed to finish watching all these endurance runs, I might regret this later because it seems they are progressing through the story a bit slower. But I'll finish and I won't switch.

And to be honest, I was a bit worried about Brad playing as Brad is know for... well, you know... dying :P Which is totally awesome, that's his thing, but it just tends to slow things down a bit :)

BJ and RV... I would love to see that.  BJ and RV Endurance Runs... beautiful. How about the DD Endurance Run? Dave and Drew would be a double D I would watch. Watch as a Halo fan and a CRPG fan unite to endure. "

My completionist nature means I have to watch both, but if I had a choice it would be VJ. 
 
BR just seems to be devolving into a situation where two buddies have spent way too much time together and everything just pisses the other one off. I get the feeling that they sit down to these things already set to hate the game and each other and it's only hilarious moments that a game like DP can provide that break up that will they/won't they tension.
 
VJ cracks me up every time, and the fun they have translates well to their ERs.
