back in march they registered several domains with "deusexthefall" so it will be most likely an announcement for E3^^

Wow, can't wait for this. I didn't really like human revolution a whole lot when it first released, but over time it's slowly become one of my favorite games.

Hmm. I wonder how much farther along is this than Thief, then. Cuz that one seems to be on fire..

Great news, I wonder what direction they head in. They still have room for events prior to Deus Ex such as the split in the Illuminati which could be quite interesting.

I hope at some point they write out Invisible war so it no longer exists.

Hell yes! Human Revolution is one of my favourite games of recent years and I would love a new game in the series!

I hope it is a new Deus Ex game. When is the Wii U version releasing, it would be really odd to have a new game and the Wii U getting an old game. Actually its not that weird :)

@madman356647: Yeah I know, I looked it up right after I thought it anyway. Just playing devil's advocate; I really don't see them doing anything other than a direct sequel to Human Revolution.

Loved Human Revolution, happy to take the franchise for another spin.

I could go for a new Deus Ex game. Human Revolution was pretty cool, even though I never finished it.

Same story for me. I didn't like it when it released, but I played most of it through a second time last year and this year I'm playing it again, and both times it's gotten better. Knowing how to cheese my way past the less well-received parts of the game and just understanding it better in general has made it a far more pleasant experience.

This is awesome news, absolutely loved Human Revolution and could go for more of it while fixing some of the issues HR had.

I hope at some point they address the continuity concerns with the original game. Of course I'm in favour of them ignoring the original game entirely and that this new series spirals into its own thing, but hey.

I would love another Deus Ex game from Eidos, but goddamn was Human Revolution a flawed game. I hope they fix the game mechanics and funky looking character models. I played the game this year and boy does it look dated even though its just a year old. If they rehash the same stuff for next gen things will go badly for a sequel.

Between this and Cyberpunk 2077, I'm really excited about the possibility that we'll have some great cyberpunk themed games in the near future. WE NEED MORE CYBERPUNK!

I'm sure they're working on a new game. Plus, I figured once I saw Deus Ex for free on PS+ that there may be a sequel announced at E3. It makes sense.

I really enjoyed Human Revolution. Not sure how they can do a direct follow-up to that game with some of the ways that game ends, but I'm sure they'll just write a canonical ending.

It's been assumed for months that Montreal was working on the next Deus Ex game, but we don't know yet. Would love to see them at E3.

Human Revolution was definitely one of the best games this gen, so I'm eagerly awaiting the follow-up. For the story, I'd really be interested in seeing when nano-augs were just starting to be utilized. Whatever they end up doing, there's a lot of good lore to work with. I wouldn't mind seeing Adam Jensen come back, either. He's a fun character.

Hopefully this time around they havent outsourced the boss fights.

Shit, I think you're right. Doesn't mean they couldn't retcon that fact, or focus on the development of it and have it lead into the original game.

@onekillwonder_: I wouldn't want them to retcon it but I the development of the Dentons and such towards the end of the game.

Human Revolution is one of my favourites this gen, pumped for another game.

Man, I really hope so. Love this series. Also, not going to lie, wouldn't mind a remake someday of at least the original, with HR's gameplay and smoother presentation. Would be orgasmic.

I would not mind another Deus Ex game. For all of its rough spots, Human revolution was a solid revival of that franchise. Of course, Dishonored did a lot of the same things for me without the terrible boss fights and with a blink teleport so.... eh.

Personal I think in most points Human Revolution was even a better game than the Original Deus EX which has not aged well. The only thing that really was a turn off were these boss battles the rest was just fantastic.
