The Banana Fairy Queen is the ruler of the banana fairies in Donkey Kong 64. She lives in a giant fairy head on Banana Fairy Island.

Chunky Kong is a strong, yet cowardly and unintelligent ape in Donkey Kong 64. He's one hell of a guy.

Diddy Kong made his first appearance in 1994 as Donkey Kong's side-kick in Donkey Kong Country for the SNES. Since then, he has starred in numerous Donkey Kong games, his own Diddy Kong Racing games and Mario sports titles. He wears a red Nintendo hat.
The Original Donkey Kong made his debut in the game of the same name, where he tossed barrels at his nemesis Mario. His grandson, Donkey Kong Jr., went on to create a legacy of his own in games such as Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze.
Enguarde the Swordfish is an animal buddy and recurring character who has aided the Kongs more than once in their adventures. This character gives the player increased speed on underwater areas as well as the ability to kill enemies with it's sharp bill.
Sells ammunition to all of the Kongs for their respective weapons.
Attempts to blow up Kong island, only to have his lazer destroyed, in an attempt to stall kidnaps 4 kongs and hopes it will give him enough time to rebuild the laser and destroy Kong island.
Krusha first appears as an uncommon enemy in Donkey Kong Country, then later appeared in Donkey Kong 64 and in the Donkey Kong animated series.

Puftoss is the fourth boss of Donkey Kong 64.
Rambi is one of the animal buddies from the Donkey Kong Country series. His first appearance was in Donkey Kong Country on the level "Jungle Hijinks". Riding him allows you to plow through enemies.
Squawks is one of the animal friends from the Donkey Kong Country series. Out of all the animal buddies, he has the most diverse set of abilities.
The Mermaid is a beautiful mermaid from the game Donkey Kong 64. She lives in a large shell palace in Gloomy Galleon.
A female member of the Kong family. She is a playable character in Donkey Kong 64.
The grandmother of DK Jr and wife of Cranky Kong (also known as Donkey Kong), Wrinkly Kong has appeared in several of the major Donkey Kong titles. She died between DKC3 and DK64 and is now a ghost.
