ok clearly im a dumb ass i went to switch the screen size and i hit the wrong one and its to big, the worse part is i cant change the thing...... cuz well i cant hit the accept tab cuz its not there cuz its to big now... i want to know if there is a defalt thing i can hit so it resets with out having to hit accept?

im talking like in game.. this will work in game?

If you messed up your screen in game you're probably going to need to quit out of the game. 
 
Assuming you have the pc version you can choose to launch the dragon age launcher.  If you've got the steam version like I do, just right clock on the game and choose "Launch Dragon Age: Origin's Launcher".  I assume other digital versions and the retail box version has this option as well.  From this launcher you can change all of the in game options including resolution. 
 
If you have a console version I do not know how to help you.

can't you just bring up the task manager and close the game with it?

You can go in the config files and change the resolution width and height to the appropriate values. 

they thing is im only seeing the top left i cant see any of the fing bottons lol i can pic the resolution but i cant accept it
