I'll be away from my computer till Thursday but I still wanted to participate.

Just spent like an hour painstakingly crafting some banners on my iPad only to realise I can't upload them from this thing. :(

I have no time to do this, so you are free to use this idea: 3 banners (microsoft, sony and nintendo). Microsoft banner: images of apples, Sony banner: Images of oranges and Nintendo banner: Images of bananas.

Well the rules are that nobody's allowed to win more than one, so the legacy banners (or any consistent theme) aren't gonna be across the whole thing unless we rally 6 people to join the same joke.

Here's what I've come up with so far...

Can we group the consistent themes people have made and put THOSE up for vote to the mods? Cos people are makin a whole group at a time here, and those are the ones everyone loves the most. If we just pick one of each then they all look out of place and nobody's idea looks like it was intended to.

I like the Nintendo and Sony banners from 2010. They are nice, clean and simple.

I feel like David Hayter is hypnotizing me.

As a graphic design student myself; those are, indeed, graphic designed to heck (in a good way). It's almost too classy for Giantbomb, but they definitely get a vote from me.

Those are pretty damn fantastic too. I can't decide which of your two sets I like better, but they're both quite solid; maybe the first one since they emphasize the GiantBomb part more.

I wish there could be multiple winners for each press conference. The top two or three winners for each one would allow some of the awesome graphic design ones that never win a chance. Random refreshing gives you the three podium first finishers? Probably too complicated to actually do, I know.

Both of these really feel clean and cohesive and I like that.
