It was just announced that Electronic Three 2017 will have public access. I actually just bought tickets a few days ago to fly to LA for the show. I planned to see as much as I could (EA, Devolver etc), but this kinda changes things. Just curious if any other bombers we're thinking of going.

That's cool, I wish I knew this before making plans for PAX. By the time I save up the tickets will surely be sold out.

Now it can truly be the #Weed3 that we deserve.

Seems like a bad thing for game journalists. Much more crowded floor, less exclusivity with access.

I guess the game companies are pretty much trying to kill games journalism, it' been seeming like that for awhile they are more and more brazenly doing endruns around review outlets to get their games first to influencers and shills.

Makes you wonder about the future of places like IGN and gamespot that still try to do traditional (hopefully unbiased) coverage.

EDIT: oh and No. Don't plan on going. Hope those who do have fun though!
