The post-apocalyptic Fallout universe expands into Nevada in this new title in the franchise. As a courier once left for dead by a mysterious man in a striped suit, the player must now set out to find their assailant and uncover the secrets of the enigmatic ruler of New Vegas.
I'm excited for this for one reason. The main hub town actually looks lively and vibrant - lots of colors, none of which were in Fallout 3. Don't get me wrong I loved Fallout 3, but the same drab grey-brown got very boring throughout the course of the game.

Well it wouldnt be too weird if they made a cameo appearance, they weren't completely wiped out (In fallout3), just the eastern branch of the Enclave. They are still all around im sure.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that.
My guess is, since they were almost completely annihilated in the core game of Fallout 3 and even more so in the DLC, that whatever survivors there are of the Enclave are sending a eyebot out to recon Nevada, a possible nod from Obsidian of the events that took place in Fallout 3, that or it's just a regular enemy in Fallout: New Vegas.

I thought that all of the Enclave were basically setting up shop in the capital wasteland, and that they were barely any left after the events of Fallout 3.
FUCK YES. I'm pretty sure everyone knows I'm excited for this game.
Bethesda, please drop a bomb and announce Elder Scrolls V at E3 as well. edit- also, for those who are saying that this looks exactly like FO3, the gameplay is proof that they improved on it. It looks a lot better.
Hopefully the iron-sights actually improve the non-VATS gunplay. If the controls are still stiff, being able to look down the sights isn't going to fix everything.
Looks awesome. I didnt know there was actual iron-sight gameplay, like your suppose to play it with iron sights, compared to in 3 where you wanted to do 90% of the fighting with VATS. Its looking good, Vegas looks really cool.
That kind of environment at the beginning with the eyebot is what i wanted to see in fo3 (not all, but some desert-style regions), maybe we'll see some areas like that in new vegas.

Washington branch? as far as I know they moved their entire operations to the capitol wasteland once the oil rig was destroyed in Fallout 2.
